OpsMind Technologies Ltd · Effective 3 October 2026
Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the OpsMind platform. It is part of your agreement with OpsMind. We may update it as laws and telecom rules evolve; when we do, we ask account holders to accept the new version when they next sign in. If you are unsure whether a use is permitted, ask us first at hello@opsmind-tech.com.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you, your team, and your AI agents use the platform, and for the content of every call and message they send. You must comply with all applicable laws in every jurisdiction you contact people in — including telecom, consumer-protection, data-protection, anti-spam, and marketing rules.
Consent & contact rules (voice, WhatsApp, SMS)
- Only contact people who have a lawful basis to be contacted — prior consent, an existing relationship, or another legal ground. You are the controller of that basis; keep records of it.
- Respect Do-Not-Call lists, opt-outs, and quiet-hours / calling-window rules for the recipient’s locale. Honour an opt-out on the channel it was given, promptly.
- Identify who is calling and why at the start of outbound calls. Do not spoof caller ID or misrepresent the identity of the caller or the AI agent.
- WhatsApp and SMS traffic must follow the provider’s and carriers’ own policies (opt-in, template approval, sender registration). Don’t use the platform to evade them.
AI-agent disclosure
Where the law requires it, disclose that the caller is an automated / AI agent, and provide a path to a human. Do not use the platform to deceive people into believing an AI agent is a specific real person.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the platform to:
- Send spam, or high-volume unsolicited calls/messages without a lawful basis.
- Commit fraud, phishing, social engineering, impersonation, or scams — including “vishing” and voice-cloning of a real person without their consent.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any person, or contact someone who has withdrawn consent.
- Distribute malware, or attempt to breach, overload, probe, or disrupt the platform, other tenants, or third-party systems.
- Collect payment-card numbers, health records, or other data that needs certified handling. OpsMind does not offer certified processing for them.
- Generate or distribute content that is illegal, that sexually exploits minors, that incites violence or hatred, or that infringes others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or provide the platform to third parties except under a signed reseller / white-label agreement.
- Circumvent usage limits, billing, rate limits, or security controls.
Data you upload & your agents’ knowledge
- Only upload knowledge-base content, contact lists, and documents you have the right to use.
- Don’t configure agents to collect more personal data than you need, or to retain it longer than your own policy and the law allow.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the instructions and knowledge you give your agents.
Fair use & platform integrity
Automated and outbound features are metered and rate-limited to protect the shared platform and the telecom networks we ride on. Don’t attempt to exceed, mask, or automate around those limits. We may throttle or pause traffic that threatens deliverability, carrier relationships, or other customers.
Enforcement
If we believe use violates this AUP or the law, we may — with notice where practical, and immediately where the risk is serious — throttle, suspend, or terminate the offending traffic, agents, or account, and where required cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. We’ll aim to be proportionate and to tell you what triggered the action.
Reporting abuse or a security issue
To report abuse of the platform, a call or message you believe violates this policy, or a security issue, write to hello@opsmind-tech.com.
